4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phlein wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the issuing bank's processing times. phlein is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Player Funds

All funds deposited into your phlein account are held in a segregated account, separate from phlein's operating capital. This arrangement is designed to protect player funds in all circumstances.

5. Withdrawals

phlein collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. phlein does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for the purposes of operating the platform, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Services.

13. Amendments

phlein reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information held on file (mobile number or registered email address) with at least seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
